We want you to love your Sun Bum products as much as we do, but if something isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Choose the specific beauty or sun care products you wish to return or exchange and tell us the reason why.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our crew receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
